English country garden inspired wedding at Hatch House and The Pythouse Kitchen Garden, Wiltshire

This was a dream brief to be given. To embrace the seasonal flowers and reflect and compliment the extensive gardens at Hatch House and the kitchen gardens at Pythouse Kitchen. Flowers played a big part in our couples lives and beech and roses had particular sentimental value and although the July weather was not playing ball with the odd rain shower it did provided us with an abundance of beautiful material to use.

We created a couple of large and overflowing urns which framed the ceremony at Hatch House and then moved these to use at the reception where we had also created a 3m hanging floral cloud to decorate the marquee. We had gathered armfuls of beach and birch as our framework and then added buckets of frothy smoke bush and limonium for texture, finally adding roses, stock and the last of the sweet william for colour.
